GREETING GUESTS

Your guests will be directed by signage in the lobby to check into the Welkio app on the iPad near the elevator, enter their name and phone number, take a photo, and you will receive an email and/or text notification that they have arrived.

VISITOR INFORMATION

Sample text to send to visitors:
We are located at 1122 Oberlin Road, Raleigh NC 27605. Parking is available at the building, in one of the three visitor spaces or any open space. There is additional parking under the building. When you enter the lobby, you'll be prompted to check in using the iPad near the elevator. That will notify me of your arrival and I'll come downstairs to meet you.

MAIL & PACKAGES

Mailboxes are located behind the front desk in the lobby. To ensure you receive all mail, please submit a list of individual and company names at which you should receive mail here.

FedEx and USPS will leave packages in the lobby without a signature, unless you indicate during ordering that a signature is mandatory. UPS requires a signature for all packages. If your package requires a signature, the carrier will be directed to sign in on the iPad to notify you directly.

Outgoing mail and packages should be placed on the front desk in the lobby, in the corner closest to the front door.

PARKING
The parking lot at 1122 Oberlin Rd. has 88 spaces: 2 handicap, 83 regular (18 under cover and 65 surface), and 3 compact. There are 3 visitor spaces in the front of the building reserved for guests.

Overflow parking for tenants is available in the Wilson Temple Church grass lot (0.1 miles away at 1023 Oberlin Rd, photo below).
